Yuri Aldrich brings over fourteen years of extensive litigation experience to the firm, specializing in criminal defense, prosecution, and complex civil litigation. As a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, Ms. Aldrich has earned recognition as a top advocate in the courtroom, handling high-stakes cases with a strategic and client-focused approach. She has been recognized by The National Black Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40” in New Jersey.

Previously serving as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Ms. Aldrich represented the State of New Jersey in felony prosecutions, skillfully managing all phases of litigation, including jury trials, motion practice. Known for collaborating with forensic experts and investigators, she ensures thorough preparation for every case.

Prior to this role, Ms. Aldrich enhanced her defense skills as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender, achieving a remarkable record of acquittals. She provided vigorous representation for clients in felony cases, leveraging her expertise through extensive motion practice and intricate forensic matters.

As a certified criminal trial attorney, Ms. Aldrich has successfully litigated all complex felony matters including homicides, robberies, carjackings, aggravated assaults, sexual assaults, theft offenses, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and more.

In private practice, Ms. Aldrich handled diverse litigation matters, including personal injury, toxic torts, asbestos defense, trucking and transportation litigation, and retail premises liability. Her experience spans litigating extensive motions, negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, and acting as trial counsel in jurisdictions nationwide.

Early in her career, she clerked in New Jersey’s Superior Court, gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making.

Outside of the courtroom, she enjoys traveling and playing soccer.
